Miley Cyrus forked over spent $24,000 on hair extensions. An insider reported to InTouch Weekly!

Not only did she spend $24,000 on the extensions. She had them flown from Italy to New York to hairstylist Kristina Barricelli at Gemini 14 salon. Then had her hairstylist flown to LA to attach them to her head.

All of this for extensions? Really? Miley? Really? It's fake hair, you know? Not even if I had the money!
